Using our dial through service from most contract mobiles, you are given so called “cross network minutes”, fo instance on a £26.50 contract with T-Mobile, you are given 900 minutes a month, these “free” minutes can be used with our 07744 number, which is seen by T-Mobile to make 900 minutes of International calls, which is less than 3p per min. But as in the 18 month contract they will have given you a £400 pound phone which they call free, you may feel that really it’s the phone you are paying for.
Don’t Worry about us, we get a kick back from all the phone operators involved for terminating the call, it’s a very modest figure, all you will every see is the low charges for calling for 0844, 0845 & 0870 numbers on your landline suppliers. Or even zero charge on our free mobile numbers on your operator’s bill.
If you are dialing from BT then, weekday peak times are 6am to 6pm, weekday off-peak times are 6pm to 6am weekend rates begin midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. At times you will hear an announcement when calling that the price is lower than we advertise, the announcement will be correct at that time.
Nothing that should worry you, but in all cases ask the permission of the person who owns the line you are calling from. Calls to some numbers are free to some mobile phone contract users by utilizing inclusive cross-network minutes. Please check the availability of the number with your mobile network operator. Pay As You Go customers will be charged at their regular tariff. When all inclusive minutes have been used, calls will be charged at your regular tariff (subject to individual mobile network operator). Some countries are excluded from this service.
